Order fulfillment follows daily warehouse working schedules. We process orders sequentially to ensure packing quality for every item.
Address modification, order hold and shipment cancellation are only available for pending orders that have not been scanned for outbound delivery.
Outbound transit follows regular scheduling rules. We complete full packing procedures before shipment to guarantee item intactness upon dispatch.
