Valid return requests need complete purchase proof. Returned goods must remain unused, intact and kept in original factory packaging without alteration.
Partial Refund Scope
Partial refunds will be approved for items with obvious use marks, artificial damage, or missing accessories not caused by product quality problems.
Supplementary After-sales Rules
We offer free identical replacement for factory defective items. Buyers bear all return shipping costs. Free shipping order will deduct standard outbound shipping fee during refund. Order cancellation is only available before shipment arrangement.
